A Zambian national, Jacob holds a Phd. Cornell Universirty (USA) and a MA Economics (W. Germany). He has over 30 years Business Management experience, both in the public and private sectors. Previously Jacob was the Governor of the Central Bank and is currently the Chancellor of the University of Zambia. Has served in various boards in the past, and he currently sits on several Boards.

Rodney holds a Diploma in Agriculture (Zimbabwe). He has in excess of 30 years' experience in Agribusiness and is a past Chairman of Herd Book Society of Zambia and Livestock Services Co-operative Society. Previously, Rodney was the Vice-president of Zambia National Farmers Union. He currentlt serves on several Boards.

Lawrence is a Zambian national with over 30 years' experience in Business Management. He was the General Manager of Zambia State Insurance Corporation and is the current Group Chairman of LSA Ltd Group of Companies. Lawrence holds an FCII and a Post Grad Diploma in Insurance (UK).

A holder of an R.M.A Sandhurstand an MBA (UK), Hilary has over 20 years experience in Business Management and Merchant Banking with various banks in the UK. He is also a Director of a number of other companies.

John has more than 30 years Business Management experience. He is the current Managing Director of Wooltru Group South Africa. John holds a BSc (Agriculture) and an MBA (RSA). He sits on various other Boards.

Irene holds a BA (ed), a DIS and an LIII. A and has over 20 years Business Management experience. She is the current Managing Director of Zambia State Insurance Corporation and serves on a number of other Boards.

Adam has more than 30 years Business Management and Banking experience. He was previously the Chairman of Harmony Gold (listed on JSE and one of the largest gold mining companies in the world) an is the current Chairman of Witwatersrand Consolidated Gold Resources Ltd. He also sits on several other Boards.

Stanley has more than 22 years in Business Management and Finance experience. He is the current Director General of National Pension Authority. Previously he was the Director of Finance and Investment for ZSIC. He holds a BAcc, an FCCA and an FZICA.

Carl holds a BCom and an ACA (UK), and has over 20 years of accounting & finance experience with a number of companies, including Coopers & Lybrand UK. He is a co-founder of Zambeef Products Plc.

Francis holds a BSc Agriculture (Ireland) and has more than 22 years experience in agriculture and meat, including experience with United Meat Packers (Ireland), one of Europe’s largest meat companies. He is a co-founder of Zambeef Products Plc.

Yusof is a holder of a BSc in Geology & Economics, an MSc in Economics and an ACIB (UK). He has over 17 years banking experience in corporate finance and credit risk management, both in the UK and Zambia. Previously Yusof was the Head of Corporate Finance, Assistant Corporate Director & Country Credit Director with Barclays Bank Zambia Plc.

Philip has over 12 years experience in Senior Finance positions in Zambia and South Africa. He worked for Barlow World Equipment and Sappi Forest Products. He is a South African National who holds a BSc, a BCom Hons (Accounting Science), an ACMA, a CMA and an AZICA.

Diego holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honors (University of Witwatersrand, RSA). He has over 18 years in Agro-processing and Commodity Finance operations in the SADC region.

Danny holds an MBA (UK), an FCCA, a PGD, a Diploma in Accountancy and an FZICA. He has over 20 years accounting and finance experience with a number of public and private companies in Zambia.
